How we get there

Purpose
Together we will collect data to establish where you are in your journey, and the road map to get you to your feel-good-self
This phase includes the following
• Client Intake Interview
• 7 day food & drink journal
• Jump Start Call
• Your core values, goals and why
• Assessment of patterns, daily habits, and any limiting beliefs
From there we will work together to determine where to start and
make the necessary changes as we move into Phase Two

Purpose
To focus on building healthy habits and restoring metabolism.
Here we will work to embrace strength training and building
core habits, while we look to understand and incorporate the
basics of stress and recovery, nutrition and metabolic health.
In order to lose fat, we must do it from a place of strength.
We cannot diet or lose fat from a position of weakness.
Depending on what type of “dieter” you are, we will go down
one path or another.
There are two types of “dieters”...
The Experienced Dieter and The Dabbler.

PURPOSE
To accelerate fat loss with a deep caloric dip while we maintain lean muscle mass.
In this phase, we are focused on fat loss by way of a calorie deficit with macro awareness and knowledge plus movement.
Guess what! There are no limitations to what you can eat or drink. Nothing is off limits. At this point, it is highly recommended that you track your food and drink intake through MyFitnessPalTM using your meal plan tools and food scale.
During this phase you will learn a variation of calorie cycling and food tracking strategies to help you remain consistent to your plan. When it comes to fat loss, the only way to drive results is by consistency and compliance.
Once you’ve completed the lean out phase we will then work together to integrate these habits and behaviours so that they become part of your life.

PURPOSE
To recover while we integrate what we have learned and make it a sustainable lifestyle.
Once you have completed the lean out phase, we will incorporate reverse diets, maintenance and or muscle building strategies to prevent adaptations and plateaus as well as help you maintain your overall sense of wellness.
This isn’t another diet where you quit and regain the weight all over again, this is a lifestyle change.

My name is Jackie and that’s Rob, we are certified Health & Nutrition Coaches, I also carry certifications and almost a decade of experience as a mind body spirit practitioner.
Rob and I are a compassionate, deep-health-caring couple who assist clients by providing them with a logical approach to nutrition, fat loss (or gain), strength training, habit building, plus overall wellness.
We both believe every human deserves to feel-good-self, and between the two of us we know how to strategically get you there. Without having to eliminate all the different types of foods and drinks you like!
